It is our policy to cover any warranty issues and questions, and to work directly with manufacturers and end-purchasers to provide the best possible care. One area that is not covered under warranty is shipping and handling costs. Any shipping and handling charges are to be paid by the end-purchaser as they accrue. Most warranties are covered by the manufacturer and can be taken care of by our staff or directly through the manufacturer.
